Legal, regulatedVerified Oct 7, 2026 on the state's own site
The short answer

As of Oct 7, 2026, kratom is legal and regulated by a state kratom law in Wyoming (Wyo. Stat. §§ 35-7-2201 to 35-7-2203 (2026 Wyo. Sess. Laws ch. 68, Enrolled Act No. 44 / SF0056)). Minimum age: 21. 7-OH: 7-OH ≤2% of the alkaloid fraction; synthesized and semi-synthesized alkaloids excluded from 'kratom product'. One change in 2026: SF0056 'Kratom product regulation' (signed 2026-03-06, chapter 68) creates W.S. 35-7-2201 to -2203: 21+, 2% 7-OH cap, no synthesized/semi-synthesized alkaloids, labelling, no under-21 access in store displays; Dept. of Health/local law enforcement enforcement and Dept. of Agriculture testing. A competing full ban (HB0185) was not enacted.

21+ only. Kratom is not approved by the FDA for any medical use, and nothing here is medical advice. This is a summary of the law, not legal advice; local rules can be stricter.
